Region XIII Return Policy

Items purchased from the Region XIII Online Store can be returned within 30 days of ship date for a refund, as long as the product has not been used and is in its original packaging.

Before returning an item, please email us at customersupport@esc13.txed.net or call Lillie Rodriguez at 512.919.5247 and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Along with the RMA number, please include a Return Policy Form with your return. Download form here.

Please follow the directions below and let us know if you would like us to issue a credit or send a replacement.
1. Please repack the merchandise you are returning in the original shipping box or a similar box.
2. We recommend returns be shipped via UPS or insured United States Postal Service for your protection. Region XIII is not responsible for items lost during shipping.

Note:
Refunds for merchandise only will be issued to the billing name and address on the original order.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
Refunds will be given only if invoice has been paid.
Customers are required to pay shipping on returned product.
Credit card orders will be charged back to credit card used to purchase.
Restocking fee 10% of item.
